State Threat Assessment Center (STAC)

     
    The State Threat Assessment Center (STAC) is California's state primary fusion center, as designated by the Governor of California, and is operated by the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the California Emergency Management Agency (Cal EMA) and the California Department of Justice (Cal DOJ).

    The State Threat Assessment Center (STAC) acts as a California statewide information clearinghouse to aid in the prevention, preparation, and response to strategic threats while preserving individual privacy and constitutional rights.
