  • The Technology Operations Division (TOD) is committed to providing the highest quality technology- based services in a cost effective manner to support and improve the operational capability of the agency
    • To effectively support the mission of Cal EMA and better serve our partners; we've identified three key elements for success:
    1. Improve the quality of Information Technology (IT) Services
    2. Make best use of IT and Telecommunications budget
    3. Expand the agency's operational and situational awareness capability
