Statewide Video Teleconference
California Emergency Management Agency (Ca lEMA) aims to provide video teleconferencing (VTC) capabilities statewide, linking together each of California’s fifty-eight counties, fifteen key state agencies, Regional Terrorism Threat Assessment Centers (RTTAC), and the State Terrorism Threat Assessment Center (STTAC).All endpoints will be connected to a single conference, allowing for CalEMA, the Governor, or any other appropriate presenter to communicate with the entire state simultaneously via voice and video. The system is available for use by all end-users for regional or multi-point calls.
