9-1-1 Emergency Call Tracking System (ECaTS)
The California 9-1-1 Emergency Communications Division is pleased to introduce the new Emergency Call Tracking System, to be known as ECaTS. ECaTS is the statewide 9-1-1 call related data gathering system that will replace the services currently provided by FRNIS and CARSNet. Development and implementation of ECaTS was awarded through a competitive process. Implementation has begun and is scheduled to be completed no later than October, 2010.
