Overview
The Human Resources Branch (HR) is comprised of three sections, Personnel Office, Labor Relations Office, and Recruitment and Selection Services (RSS). Responsibilities include labor relations, classification and pay, payroll and benefits, workers' compensation, recruitment, and examinations.

Personnel:
The purpose of the Personnel Office is to administer the classification and pay, payroll and benefits, return to work, workers' compensation.
Labor Relations:
The goal of the Labor Relations Office is to ensure a balanced, positive relationship between management and the workforce, and to provide and assist with contract interpretations, meet with labor organizations and respond to grievances.
Recruitment and Selection Services:
The purpose of Recruitment and Selection Services is to ensure qualified candidate pools from which to fill vacancies.
