The Cal EMA HSIN (Homeland Security Information Network) Portal allows the secure sharing of sensitive information between government and those involved with CIKR. HSIN is a service that was created and is maintained by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security so that various communities of interest can virtually collaborate in order to better secure our country.
