California Specialized Training Institute
The California Specialized Training Institute (CSTI) continues to be the premier training venue in the State of California for the training of firefighters, police officers and emergency management personnel. The school is staffed by instructors who are recognized as some of the nation’s foremost experts in emergency management, counter terrorism, hazardous materials, criminal justice and crisis communications. The time you spend training at CSTI will significantly enhance your emergency response skills in your local community. I can assure you that you will become significantly better qualified to perform your duties as a result of your training at CSTI or conducted by CSTI in your local operational area. We are committed to protecting the lives of the citizens of California and ensuring the safety of all within our communities.
As the Director, I would like to welcome you in advance of your attendance at CSTI. Additionally, I want to thank you for your sacrifice in making California a safer place to live. We are most fortunate to have the finest first responders and emergency management personnel in the nation.
